Yutako
Last year, I went to the brewery to buy some sake. Surrounded by long, quiet rice paddies and mountains, I felt as if I had stepped back in time.
I had it hot, and it was a delicious sake with a full-bodied, rich sweetness, but with a clean finish.
It is a pity that there is no successor 😢.
