I bought Biwako no Kujira because I thought it was a brand I could not miss if I wanted to drink Shiga's sake.
My favorite liquor store introduced it to me, saying that it was a strong sake, and I was a bit intimidated because I like my sake light.
It was delicious.
It was firm but also refreshing, and I would like to drink it again.
