Yutako
It is a thick sake, somewhere between amazake and yogurt. It is not too sweet, and the acidity is more pronounced and refreshing.
As the label says, "lactic acid fermentation active nigori," it is a delicious sake with a pleasant, shwuffy fermentation sensation.
