This sake was featured in the "Aso Gourmet Book" which introduces Takamorimachi and Minami-Oguni-machi. It does not have a strong aroma, but it is a delicious sake with a strong flavor that will complement your meal. It is available at Y Shop in Minami-Oguni Town. I hope to see you again 💕◘. The label said that warming sake was recommended, so we warmed it up. We had it warmed up to about lukewarm. The alcohol made me swoon before I even sipped it (lol), but I was surprised when I took a sip! The spiciness was enhanced and it was refreshing! Delicious! I used to drink only cold sake, I used to drink only cold sake, but I think I may have woken up to heated sake as well 😋.

Impressed by the "Yuki no Bijin Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Nama" that I drank the other day, I tried the "Junmai Shiboritate Nama Sake" this time. Compared to the more intense Junmai Ginjo, the Junmai Shiboritate Nama Sake was a little less mature, but it was just as refreshing and had the same mild umami flavor that is easy to pair with meals. Once again, I was reminded that ginjo-shu is a very special sake. I find myself gradually becoming addicted to the swamp of sake...

This is my first Kochi sake. I'm thrilled... I heard that Kochi sake is dry, It is moderate, crisp, and has a hint of sweetness! Today we had chirashi-sushi for the Dolls' Festival, It was chirashi-sushi today for Hinamatsuri (Girls' Day), and it added a little more flavor to my rustic style. It was a little more than I expected. Thank you, Bikyuu.
