I tasted various kinds of sake at Hokusetsu Sake Brewery. I bought a 300ml bottle of NOBU, which was reasonably priced. Fruity, good aroma. The aftertaste is refreshing. I can't stop drinking it. In addition to sake, the plum wine and amazake were also delicious. I will visit again. Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol 16%. 300ml
