I bought it directly from the sake brewery's direct sales shop on the recommendation of the shop assistant. It's a Junmai Daiginjo with a slightly high alcohol content, a slight effervescence, and a fruity taste that is unique to nama-gara sake.

My son, who got a job this year, bought this sake for me because he got a bonus. As a parent, there's no reason why this shouldn't be delicious. It was fruity and really delicious. It is undiluted sake with an alcohol content of 19 degrees, but I drank too much and got very drunk.

This sake is brewed at the Taiyo Sake Brewery in Niigata Prefecture and is only sold at one liquor store, making it very rare. It is brewed and sold four times a year, during the spring, summer, fall and winter, and this sake is a summer sake called Uchimizu. Utsumizu is a summer sake called "Utsumizu". It has a light and dry taste, which is typical of Niigata sake, and it goes down smoothly and smoothly.

皇后雅子さまの即位を記念して、小和田家ゆかりの地、村上市で醸されたお酒です。雅子さまの「お印」である、「はまなす」に因んで、全国的に見ても珍しい「はまなす酵母」を使用したお酒です。たまたま、村上市の観光で、街ブラしていたら見つけて速攻で購入しました。ラッキーでした。とても美味しかったです。

以前、テレビ東京で放送された、ドラマ「ワカコ酒」で紹介され、いつか飲んでみたいと思っていたお酒です。先日、たまたま金沢に行く機会があったので購入しました。ここの酒蔵の農口杜氏は“酒造りの神様”の異名をもち、能登杜氏四天王として数えられる日本最高峰の醸造家の一人とのことです。早速飲んでみましたが、瑞々しい果実を思わせる、フルーティーで広がりのある含み香と共に、米の旨味もしっかり感じられ、後味のキレがいいです。最高に旨かったです。

いつも利用している酒屋さんで、買いました。 大吟醸(精米歩合48％)で、千円台で売っていたので試しに買ってみましたが、香りといい、味といい、思いの外美味しかったので、コスパがいいと思いました。

よく、ワイン感覚という言葉を耳にしますが、私の今迄の認識では、フルーティーな香りや味覚のするものが、ワイン感覚なんだろうと思ってましたが、この「イットキー」を呑んでみて、フルーティーな香りは勿論ですが、適度な酸味も加わり、これぞワイン感覚だと、衝撃を受けました。 人に、ワインと言って呑ませても、分からないと思います。
