This is a sake from a brewery that is always on the top of the Niigata Prefecture's sake ranking. I happened to find it in the liquor section of a department store, so I bought it on impulse.
Kamonishiki is the most popular standard saké, but I'm looking forward to drinking this saké to see what it tastes like! It is 😋.
