I was in the mood to drink too much at the end of last month or so, but for some reason I wanted a dry sake, so I bought this at my usual liquor store. The aroma was fruity and green apple-like, but as soon as I put it in my mouth, it was full of a shwashiness. I had some tako-wasabi with the sake, and it went perfectly with it.
I wonder if I like dry sake?
