It has been a while since I drank sake.
This is a Hiroshima sake that I don't remember drinking before.
The aroma is subtle, but after a little while, you get a nice, tingling sensation.
I think it stands out as a food sake.
It is not too sweet, and I think it goes well with salt dishes.
Rice: Hiroshima-grown medium-raised Shin-Senbon
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 16%.
Hmmm...I guess this is also my favorite!
