東京生まれ下町育ち 年に数回出張に行く広島で日本酒の魅力に呑み込まれ、以後全国の日本酒を呑み歩いていまに至る。 下町は戦後の三増酒の苦い記憶からなのか、今でも辛口好き文化が根強い気がする。 確かに辛口も美味しいのだけれど、西条の日本酒を飲んでしまえばそんなことはもうどうでもいい。 日々、三浦仙三郎に感謝する毎日。

It was the first time I tasted Aizu sake when I visited an izakaya in Aizu for Sharaku. The moment I drank it, I became a fan of Nakasho. This time, because it was not heat-treated, it was slightly fizzy and had a sweet aroma. It is really delicious. #Imadeya Sumida
