Rice polishing ratio 60%, alcohol 13%. Sake meter: -18 Acidity: 1.5 This sake is from Yoshino, Nara Prefecture. The low alcohol content was achieved without adding water, which is a welcome specification for a sake that is not strong while maintaining a rich aroma and delicious taste 🥺. It is mildly fruity and sweet, so it is like a white wine. I like it very much! The toji's are close in age and I'm happy about that too ✨.

It is said to be the first sake created by a female brewer at Maihime, and it has a mild, gentle, gentle mouthfeel with a rich, super sweet taste! The image on the bottle made it taste like a white wine. The alcohol content is also very easy to drink at 7 degrees, which I appreciate as I am a weak drinker 😊. They have a second issue with a blue bottle, so I'm curious about that one too! Polishing ratio 59

The aroma is just gorgeous and rich! I was enveloped in a fruity world at once, as if a flower bloomed in front of my eyes. As one would expect from Otters! It is said to be made by the "Naturel process," which is rare even for Champagne, and has no added sugar, so it has a natural sweetness and a refreshing taste! It seems to go well with a variety of dishes. 100% Yamada-Nishiki, Polishing ratio 45 Alcohol content: 14 degrees Celsius

It's mellow, crisp, yet beautiful with a hint of sweetness from the rice! It is freshly squeezed. It is said to be made with yeast that was found in the "hama-ya" (devil's arrows) that were offered at the topping ceremony of the historic main brewery. This is a well-balanced sake from a legitimate ✨More dry than Maruhi, but still very well balanced. Rice polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 16%. Sake degree: -2 Acidity: 1.8

The most fruity! Tastes like white wine or cider 🍎Bought on the recommendation of a sake master. I was surprised to find that it has the same acidity as the Mitsukan vinegar. I was surprised that the acidity was the same as that of mitsukan vinegar. The yeast used is No. 77, which has a high malic acid content. It's very fragrant and has a good balance of sourness and sweetness that makes me want to drink more 😄 I love it! I'm not sure if it's because I'm drinking too fast or because I'm getting drunk too fast. Sake degree: -22.0 degrees, Rice polishing ratio: 60%. Alcohol content 14% Acidity 4.2

100% Yamada Nishiki, Alcohol content: 16% to 17%. Rice polishing ratio 60%. I bought this because it was being pushed on the sales floor! It was a delicious sake with a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, as described as a "carnivorous junmai-shu" that goes best with sweet, rich, and strong-flavored dishes. This was the first time I drank it chilled, not just at room temperature, and I learned that different temperatures produce completely different flavors and aromas! Sake is truly a profound drink!

Rice polishing ratio 40%, alcohol content 17%. 100% Yamada Nishiki, Junmai Daiginjo Winner of the "Wine-Glass Sake Award 2020 Gold Prize First of all, the aroma is fruity and enchanting. Along with the deliciousness of the rice, there is a hint of sweetness and moderate acidity. It has a soft and mellow feel to it. It's easy to drink, and you can't help but sip it... This may be my favorite so far...?

Rice polishing ratio 40%. Alcohol content 15.5 Serve cold and sip. The gorgeous aroma that spreads in your mouth! I had the impression that I was going to be hit over the head with a bang by the fruity flavor (laughs). (laughs) After a delay, I felt the deliciousness and mellowness of the rice. This is the sake that my sister-in-law chose and brought to my father-in-law. I've only had Hakkaisan in the past, in a store in Nihonbashi, and I've only had jelly and amazake (which were also very good), so I was very impressed. Thank you!

Alcohol content 19%. Rice polishing ratio 55%. Pressed, heated, and bottled on New Year's Day. Slightly warm at the time of purchase. Refreshingly dry with a strong alcohol taste. Light and refreshing I drank it cold and sipped on it. I buy it on my way home from a pilgrimage to Mount Narita. It makes the Osechi (traditional Japanese New Year's dishes) taste better.
