It's mellow, crisp, yet beautiful with a hint of sweetness from the rice! It is freshly squeezed. It is said to be made with yeast that was found in the "hama-ya" (devil's arrows) that were offered at the topping ceremony of the historic main brewery. This is a well-balanced sake from a legitimate ✨More dry than Maruhi, but still very well balanced.
Rice polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 16%.
