Sake from Fushimi, Kyoto has a high hit rate for me!
Light nigori is somehow spring-like and great.
It's pretty sweet, so I prefer the regular kind. I prefer the regular one.
I like San-in sake.
This one seems to have been chosen as the sake recommended to drink in a wine glass.
It is true that it can be matched with French cuisine!
The sake I definitely wanted to drink on my trip to Nagasaki.
It was fruity and easy to drink, just like how I felt sake was delicious after drinking Ottersai for the first time.
I think it is easy to recommend to others!
It seems to be dry and easy to match with meals.
I also had a Junmai Ginjo, but it had a deeper aroma, so maybe it didn't need any snacks. It was my favorite.
