I can't check in again. Not sure about this time. It's sweet and easy to drink, and the color is beautiful You can bring it to a fun gathering or something. Looks good. Looks like it would go well with fried food.

I still don't know why I can't post about it the same day I drank it. This was my impression of the drink on December 1. It tasted like I was drinking a sweet wine and I thought it would be good with western style food.

For some reason, I couldn't manage to check in on the day I drank. The sake is made from over 10 different exquisite blends. It has a clear honey-sweetness to it but as it warms up, it cracks in the back of your throat. We had it with boiled tsuki, a good salt.

I asked the owner to choose a sake to go with the egg rolls, which had a good chicken broth. I asked the owner to choose a sake that goes well with the egg rolls and the dashi broth. The taste of this sake, which had been stored for a long time in 2002, was Much like Mirin. And it goes well with the broth of the egg roll It's an omelet with plenty of chicken broth. Bittersweet mirin, but the sweetness is not lost I hope you can understand the taste of the soy sauce and dashi soup stock from the men-tsuyu. That horse mackerel is synergistic with the taste of the egg, which has a broth but does not hide its flavor. Of course, I think it's my personal taste. If I can share it, that is. We don't have to be in the same space together. A happy moment. Delicious, meet. I want to know a lot of things.

I know it's just how I feel. Fresh washed cabbage, the one with water drops on it. When you swallow it in one gulp, the aroma and taste go down your throat and through your nose. I associated with this. I'm alone today. I don't know what else to think, because I can't ask. Here's some salt, wakame seaweed and grated garlic to go with it The condiment that was on the sashimi of the Ei. It might go well with grated garlic.

Warming sweetness like brown sugar. Just a little bit and you'll fill your mouth. spread out Soooo sweet, and not only that. It has a strong aroma. You can really feel that you are drinking sake. This is my favorite flavor❗️ To go along with it, the sashimi of the liver of a ray It's covered in sesame oil and has salt, grated garlic and wakame seaweed on the side. There is no smell at all, which I believe is a good preparation. I've only ever eaten it in this omiyage. Good combination. It's so fragrant and full of flavor. Chattering? Jing Jing? echo in one's throat Ah, the numb taste of gari is similar. Although they have strong personalities, when they are combined, they have the same taste. The flavor feels double. This drink is strong tasting food. Maybe some grilled meat would go well with it?

Sorry for the comment m(__)m What is stingray liver sashimi? Intriguing...not just intriguing, but tremendously unimaginable. Is it tantalizing? Swimmers. It wasn't the alcohol, it was the ridiculous bite. I'm sorry.

Mr. Tarou. Ei is that fluttery sea swimming ray and its liver. When properly prepped, there is almost no fishy smell of seafood. Smooth surface, zero toothiness, thick texture, quirks that last.

Not at all. Like silken tofu without effort. A biting feeling. If the opportunity to meet someone arises, I'd love to meet them. I want you to try it. Salt and sesame oil with a distinct taste are not. We complement each other.

The first drink, because it was labeled "new brew". I chose it. You can eat as much as you like to accompany it. Gari gobo and chinese cabbage with spicy sesame oil. Nuh-uh. It's as easy to drink as if you were drinking water. Even if you take it in your mouth and raise the temperature a little. It doesn't get sharp, but it remains mellow. The faster the pace quickens, the more it goes on your tongue. Goes through and down the back of the throat. It is easy to drink even if it is gulped down. It will be easy to drink even if it is warmed up. It's so hard to get your companion to move forward at all. This sake is very good. You can't even drink the "Wa ragi water". That's why I love the taste of this drink.

I'm just trying to be a good sport. Because I can't stop drinking. The kind of drink that makes you want to prioritize your destination. They chose me. In the mouth, it's immediately smooth. When the heat comes on, they insist on gusto. This is I can eat my way through the rest of the ingredients. When you drink it on its own, it could be an inspiration. The synergistic effect of the Japanese radish and the broth It's not canceling out, no matter which one you say later. grow in flavour Squid Sashimi in Matsumae Sashimi expands the aroma of sake Don't forget the tempering water in between if you want to drink it without mixing the flavors. Water has a great counteracting effect, even if you just take a sip. Next up: cutting into the nishin. well The saltiness expands the taste of the drink. You have to gulp it down before the heat can transfer to your mouth. I like it. It's probably because the sauce tastes so mild. Yeah, that'll make me drink more.

Clear, that's it. Shibaizuke, it was a good match. The sashimi of Matsumae Squid at this restaurant is soft, but the texture is exquisite! That's the way it is. The owner advised me to try this drink. It's not angular. It's easy to swallow. It's less sharp in the mouth. It goes well with cold fish-based drinks
