Warming sweetness like brown sugar.
Just a little bit and you'll fill your mouth.

Soooo sweet, and not only that.
It has a strong aroma. You can really feel that you are drinking sake.
This is my favorite flavor❗️
To go along with it, the sashimi of the liver of a ray
It's covered in sesame oil and has salt, grated garlic and wakame seaweed on the side.
There is no smell at all, which I believe is a good preparation.
I've only ever eaten it in this omiyage.
Good combination.
It's so fragrant and full of flavor.
Chattering? Jing Jing? echo in one's throat
Ah, the numb taste of gari is similar.
Although they have strong personalities, when they are combined, they have the same taste.
The flavor feels double.
This drink is strong tasting food.
Maybe some grilled meat would go well with it?

Sorry for the comment m(__)m
What is stingray liver sashimi?
Intriguing...not just intriguing, but tremendously unimaginable.
Is it tantalizing?
Swimmers. It wasn't the alcohol, it was the ridiculous bite. I'm sorry.

Mr. Tarou.
Ei is that fluttery sea swimming ray and its liver.
When properly prepped, there is almost no fishy smell of seafood. Smooth surface, zero toothiness, thick texture, quirks that last.

Not at all.
Like silken tofu without effort.
A biting feeling.
If the opportunity to meet someone arises, I'd love to meet them.
I want you to try it.
Salt and sesame oil with a distinct taste are not.
We complement each other.
