This is my first noble brew.
The aroma is pear.
When you drink it, the sweetness is huge. It also has sourness.
The aftertaste is long and sweet, but the sourness disappears nicely.
I can't drink a lot, but I want to enjoy it little by little, it was a delicious sake.
