It was more sake-like than the Jyushiyo and Hiroki, but not as sour, and was easier to drink. It was the wrong sake to compare it to. LOL!
I couldn't take a picture of this, either...
I heard from my father that it was a member of the Jyuoshiyo family, and it certainly gave me a similar impression, with a soft mouthfeel and a sweetness that didn't disappear, but was sweeter than the Jyuoshiyo.
The first time I drank Jyushiyo with my manager and junior staff
It has a sweet mouthfeel and a comforting feeling that disappears quickly.
I was so impressed, I couldn't take a picture of the golden label!
