Sweet taste
The drinkability and apple-like sweetness similar to Tedorigawa can be felt. It is light even for a sweet sake, but also has a sense of heaviness peculiar to sweet wines.
Delicious

Noto Sake
The sweetness is quite strong, with a dessert wine-like sensation. Taste is mellow, sweet and fruity like grapes and apples. Light to drink and very good!

Slightly sweet, maybe almost zero.
Fruity, weakly assertive, I thought it was water.
Light, very clear mouthfeel, over the top good.
Very smooth and light. If I become a member of society, I can think I would like to drink this and Kagatobi a little bit at home.

Sweet but light, maybe minus 5?
Very easy to drink, even though it is sweet,
Because it is very light, I think it is good to pair with food, it would go well with white meat. It has a little viscosity, but it is basically smooth.
No quirks at all, I don't really like sweet wine, but I like it a lot among sweet wine, delicious!
