Komono Fuji
Ise Province: Hijikata Yu (first lord of the Komono Clan)
Rare sake available only from Roadside Station Komono and nearby liquor stores (you can't even buy it on Amazon).
The Komono Fuji label in particular seems to be available only at Michi no Eki.
It's especially special to drink it with the locally made Bankoyaki cups sold at the roadside station!
The taste is dry and has a simple local flavor.
Although it lacks sparkling individuality, it is an excellent sake that you can enjoy every night with a glass of wine.
