Tenma Taishukai 2024 (11) A booth to support Hokuriku sake by a mysterious group called "Women's Sake Brewers' Army Sake from three prefectures in the Hokuriku region was on display. 2 out of 3 tickets (150 yen per ticket) will be donated to the disaster area. The lineup included Gen no Taki, Fukumitsuya, Youho, Manzairaku, Tengumai, and Echizen Misaki. The Gen no Taki was already sold out, so we chose the Echizen Misaki, which was described as fruity, among the many dry wines! It was indeed fruity and full-bodied. It is an unfiltered sake, but I didn't feel much of its character. What I did not drink at the event was Rikyu Ume Amano sake Midori-ichi Kurehaaru I wanted to drink Kurehaaru's Tokugin, but it was sold out early... I don't want to buy it because it's only available in one bottle, but I'm curious to see what it tastes like. I passed on Amano Sake because all of their sake looked classic, but I wish they would bring some of their limited edition raw sake 🤔... This event made me realize the high level of Akizuka and Katano Sakura and the greatness of Omachi 😁. to be continued

Good morning, bouken 😃. Good event 😆 as a Cape Echizen fan, I especially like Honami 🎵 I can't get enough of this raw 🤤.

Good morning bouken 😃 I don't drink much local alcohol even though I live in Osaka, so this was very informative 😌I would like to except the same event next year if it happens 😊I think I will forget next year 😁.

Hello bouken! I also recognize in my mind that Mr. Menshuoh = "Echizen cape" and since he is Honami, I reacted with my favorite one 😁. I'm curious about the "Kurehaun" tokugin 🤔.

Good evening, bouken. I'm sorry to Echizen-misaki for drinking and tasting sake to boost my business 😭Amano-sake- I'm so frustrated, I think I'll go to the brewery next time😅.

Hi Noodle-san ☀☀☀ I'm really jealous that you drink a lot of Echizen cape while you're in Hokkaido 😆 Do you have any fresh Hounami 😳? Definitely a good one 🤣.

Hello Rafa ☀☀☀. I'm not sure if there are any drinks you like as there were a lot of classic drinks 😅. I'm sure someone will announce it on line if I forgot 😁.

Hi Gyve! That's the image I have when I think of Cape Echizen too 😁. I'd like to try Honami at home if possible 😋. Kurehaaru is very popular in Kansai and some stores have pre-priced tokugin and daiginjo 😅.

Hello, Hirupeko. No need to apologize to Cape Echizen like that💦. I can't speak for myself since I didn't participate, but Amano sake seems to be very challenging 🤔... There were many delicious sake breweries only 😁.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ⑩ Choryu Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Nara but also has a brewery in Yao and is a member of the Osaka Sake Brewers Association. As I had the impression in the past, it is a relatively modern type of sake with a strong sweetness and flavor. I like it even after drinking it again. I remember that when I drank it at home, the taste changed a lot after the bottle was opened. Many of the sake I enjoyed at this event were made with omachi.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ⑨ Yamano Sake Brewery in Katano City. I was impressed by their many PB products for liquor stores such as Okuhiroya and Yoneyoshi Shoten. I have the impression that the quality of their sake is especially safe to drink among Osaka sake. I wanted to drink the Kurawanka draft, but it was sold out early, probably because it was a good deal for a single ticket😿. I drank Katano Sakura Junmai Ginjo Music Vibration Aged Kashinshu Collaboration sake with ONKYO 🎵They also produce Hokusetsu and others! I wonder if it's aged by music vibration? It has a unique taste that I've never had before. It was really delicious. I think I told Hirupeko, who was at the event, to drink it because it was delicious! I think I told him to drink it! I was talking about wanting one, but froze when I found out it was 3,800 yen💦. Katano Sakura Tokubetsu Junmai Omachi Unfiltered Harajuku It's so fresh that I thought it was a draft sake for a long time. It had sweetness, umami, and was very drinkable. It also has a strong Omachi character. I will drink it more often when I see it.

Good evening, bouken-san. I was at Katanozakura with the president and the chief brewer. bouken-san recommended ONKYO's sake, which was also delicious. I'm glad to see Katanozakura's reputation is improving 😆🍶.

Hi Hirupeko, good evening 😃. I thought there were other breweries where the president was there and he was very enthusiastic. I think some of the sake breweries were a little more enthusiastic too 🙄. I would have bought the ONKYO one if it was a little cheaper 🤔.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ⑧ Akirika in Nose Town. I once drove past the brewery, but it was like driving through the countryside and the brewery suddenly appeared. If there is a nationally famous sake in Osaka, it must be Akirika. I drank Hiya Junmai Sake I often see this sake, but this is the first time I've had it. I guess it's not my favorite type of sake... I've been wondering about it for a while, but I know there are other breweries that use the Hiyaku name and label 🤔. Junmai Tobikake Nao Kumi Omachi Nama Nama Sake This is one of the few sake types I can drink at Akishika. I've had Yamadanishiki and Omachi in the past, but I like the sweet and sour taste with the Akishika taste accentuated to make it unique. I think the pervert sake level is pretty high. This one is also one of the best at this event. Nyurikon no ichidotsu Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu It's quite expensive if you buy it, so I tried it. It's supposed to be quite dry, but it has a beautiful and fine taste. I could tell it was a good sake. I felt like I was shown the high level of Akirika among Osaka sake at this event.

Good evening bouken🍶. I was wondering about the one with multi-acid yeast. If it has a high perverted sake level, I have to buy it as a member of the perverted sake lovers group 😆.

Hi Matsuchiyo 😃 I think the most kinky sake of Akizuka is Clémande Nozé as this is also moderately but normally delicious 🤔. Yamahai yeast yeast strain, -66 sake strength, 9.0 acidity, around 10 alcohol by volume 🤣.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ⑦ I haven't had Sen no Rikyu recently for some reason. I was going to skip it, but Nemuchi suggested I check it out. So I'm going to try it. I drank Junmai Ginjo Summer Storage Well, it was a little blurry... A little ripe 🤔. I've never had a bottle of Junmai Ginjyo that tasted as good as the one I had a few years ago. Junmai Sake It seems to be the standard sake of this brewery. It's also available at Aeon. It's not bad, but it's a classic sake. It's not bad, but it's not in the same direction as the sake brewed by that person I liked so much... I have many things to say, but it would be bad to write them down, so I will refrain from doing so 🙄.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ⑥ At the venue, there was a DJ booth playing Showa songs such as Seiko Matsuda and Akina Nakamori, and people were singing and dancing 🎵. I was so excited to see so many people with their kids on leisure sheets 😅 here next to the Imperial Hotel 🤣. It's totally different from Japanese Sake festival 🤔. Not that I'm denying it 😁. Kotobuki Sake Brewery in Takatsuki City, the same city as Kiyotsuru. They also have Kuninonaga Beer with their trademark 🐸 🍺. Walking distance from Hankyu Tomita station, closer to the station than Kiyotsuru. We drank Frog Label Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo I heard that they fill the tank with the toji's favorite tank, so the specs must be slightly different every year, but I got the impression that there was not much difference. It seems to be basically spicy. I bought it several times because of the cute label, but to be honest, I've never been hooked on it. Kuninochou Daiginjo The label is different from the one that comes up in a search, but I wonder if it has been renewed. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a sweet, sweet flavor that I like, but the list they gave us at the event said it was 3900 yen 😳. I think this price is quite expensive for a 50% polished rice ratio... The price on the official website is about 3100 yen, but I wonder if the price has been raised due to the label renewal? Or is it a new product with completely different specs?

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ⑤. Isaka Sake Brewery in Kishiwada. Terada Brewery in Motomorimachi is located near the sea, but Isaka Brewery is located in the back of the city, almost in Izumi City. It is located near Lalaport Izumi and Costco. I think they are a father and son sake brewery. They don't seem to want to make fresh sake because it's too much trouble, so they only occasionally make special order products for crazy salad halls😅. I drank Miwafuku Junmai I've had nama-shu in the past and it has a common gentle sweetness. The difference between this and nama is the freshness? I heard that the nama-shu is made in a 4-step process, but I don't think they went to the trouble of changing the specs, so I wonder if this one is also made in a 4-step process. Rokko Oroshi (raw sake) The rice polishing ratio is not written on the label, so I wonder if this is a normal sake. It may be a sweet sake according to the specs, but it tastes too classic... It must be served at room temperature or heated. It is not suitable for cold sake. According to Nemuchi-san's conversation with the brewer, the brewer is a Hanshin fan 🐯.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ④ The day before, I tasted Sakakamatsu from this brewery at a liquor store in Ikuno Ward. He asked me if I was going to the Tenma Sake Festival. I've been to this brewery and bought sake before. I think it was a brewery in Osaka, but closer to Wakayama and near a fishing port. I drank Junmai Ginjo Natsusei Nemuchi-san confirmed with the brewery that it was the same Sakakamatsu Natsusei that I drank the day before. Hmmm? When I drank it the day before, I had the impression that it was a summer sake with good flavor and drinkability, but something is different... Is it the temperature range? It seems too thin or too light 🤔. Summer Ginjo This is also a summer sake. Similar to Junmai Ginjo, but this one is spicier.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ③. I got the order wrong💦. The one I was drinking before So no Sato was Kiyotsuru😅. I've been to the brewery to buy sake at the end of the year before last, but it was quite far from the station and hard after a night shift 🤣. Because it's only open on weekdays 🙄. As Shinjo-san has posted in the past, is it a child of the brewery? There was a person who looked like the brewery owner and a boy who looked like he was in junior high school serving customers. I drank Junmai Hiyoroshi It was aged for 3 years. It was quite colored and had a strong sense of maturity. Nemuchi-san said, "This is not hiyaoroshi! Nemuchi-san said 🤣. The brewery sells hiyaoroshi and arabashiri all year round, and depending on when you buy it, it may be fresh or matured 🤔. Junmai Ginjo, a sake that has been in business for 168 years! The number changes every year because the number of years since the establishment of the company is used as the name of the sake. I've had the 163 year old and the 166 year old in the past. It's supposed to be fruity, but every time I drink it, I don't feel much fruity... This time I felt a bit of maturity.

Hello (****). There was a boy? It must have been hard for you since he was there from the beginning. I want to buy hiyaoroshi here too, but it's not easy. The brewer said it depends on the season.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ② Next is Kitashoji Sake Brewery in Izumisano City. Was it near the Kansai International Airport? What did we drink? Yukikou Nama Nigori Shu (new sake) I was just in the middle of opening the bottle when I arrived at the Shonosato booth, so I quickly lined up to drink it freshly opened 😁. The rice polishing ratio is written on the bottle, so I guess it's a honjozo? It's a bit sweet in the beginning, but spicy in the latter half. It seems to have a strong alky taste. I thought I had never seen it before, but I think I used to drink it at the sake tour in Harukas 🤔. Kita Series - Osaka Yamadanishiki Special Junmai Namaeshu I've bought and drank this at a crazy salad hall last year. It is made from Yamadanishiki produced in Hineno, Izumisano where the brewery is located. It is as sweet and tasty as last year's, but I think it lacks the impact of the home brew. Maybe it's the temperature range?

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ① Osaka sake event held every year. There is one brewery that didn't show up, but they don't seem to be a member of the sake brewers association 🤔. I live in Kansai but never been to OAP before. I have no business in the Imperial Hotel 🤔. I'm going to visit with Muchi again 😁. While I was paying at the reception, the manager was talking about someone in the women's restroom in a merlion state😅. I have a feeling it will be chaotic 🙄🙄. First drink was at Terada Sake Brewery in Kishiwada. They have a standing bar at their brewery and you can drink there too! Already sold out of one type of sake... We drank Takamura Ginjo Nama Sake It has a fresh feeling with a little gas left in it! It's pretty sweet and I don't mind that it's aldolated. I honestly didn't think it would be this good😅. It's a pretty good price at 2800 yen for a 4-pack, but... Motomasa Junmai Ginjo I've had this at home when I first started drinking Sake no Wa, but I don't think my impression of it has changed much. I thought it had the most serious taste of all the sakes I drank at this event, although it didn't have any outstanding individuality. Whether I like it or not...
Japanese>English

Hello. I've had the bellows early on, but I see that the Merlion has appeared after all. The original sake was advertised as limited, so it must have sold out early. Jungin is very unique for an event. If you drink it at home, you can wear it with your normal clothes...

Tenma Taishukai~. I brought a crispy firefly squid for snacks, and it was a good decision. I drank so much that I forgot which was the best. This time there was also some Hokuriku sake, so my friend took a picture of me worrying about what to drink. My friend took a picture of me worrying about it.
