SayonceDry type of raw sake. It feels drier than ever, but it is delicious. You can feel the umami of rice here as well. It is said that they dare not even make it nigori, but rather lock in the fresh taste of arabashiri without a pause.

グラThis is my first brand. I received it as a gift.
It has almost no aroma and tastes like a dry white wine. It is fresh and fruity, but also has the heaviness of sake, making it a well-balanced sake. It was even better when drunk in a wine glass.
It may be rude to call it minor, but I think it suits my taste to drink sake with few check-ins from Sake-no-wa.

A bottle costs in the mid 4,000 yen, but this is a must buy!
