るみおんඊMemorandum of February 10. I went to Kashima City on this day for personal business. I went to Tara town to buy oysters 😁. I think oysters in Tara are the best in Japan when it comes to steamed oysters ✨. I think they are the best in Japan ✨. The sake to go with it was from Baba Sake Brewery in Kashima City, Nokomi Junmai Ginjo Araubashiri 🍶. I look forward to drinking Nokomi Arabashiri every year! The screw cap has been replaced by a plastic stopper this year. I see they changed the screw cap to a plastic stopper 😊. I will open the bottle immediately. The aroma reminds me of strawberries? (Label effect?) ✨Fresh and gorgeous aroma. Fresh and gorgeous aroma ✨ Fruity and sweet with a fresh acidity that is typical of Nokomi's unpasteurized sake. Fresh acidity and sweetness. The transparency seems to have increased this year! The bitterness at the end also reminds me of spring 😁. A combination that at first glance does not seem to go well together. It goes well with rich oysters steamed with sake 😂. I'm actually buying another bottle. I'm excited to see when I'll open the bottle! I'm excited to wait and see when the bottle will be opened! いーじーI was busy when I went back home to Osaka, so I'm late in posting 💦. Nokomi purchased as a souvenir. The rarity is quite high. Cold sake. The aroma is subdued. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but gradually the umami of the rice spreads out. The aftertaste is normal. Ideal as a mid-meal drink. For intermediate level sake drinkers and up.
