It has a moderate flavor and is easy to drink. The smell of alcohol is a little strong after drinking. It tastes better at room temperature than cold. It is best served with light snacks.
We visited the new sake sales event at Nagasawa Sake Brewery. The sake is so shwashy that it is not legal to open the bottle in one gulp and it blows out.
I was able to open the bottle successfully for the first time with this kind of sake by repeatedly loosening and tightening the lid.
Unlike its appearance, it is not sweet. The brewer said it was "dry" and the price was 1650 yen.
I also bought a sake manju, which was delicious and had a very nice aroma. It seems to be a collaboration with Kameya, a Japanese sweets shop in Hidaka City.
The amazake (sweet sake), which is not shown in the photo, was also delicious.

I bought it directly from the Nagasawa Sake Brewery. The price was 1100 yen, and I enjoyed it cold.
I went there around 3:00 p.m. and they were sold out of sake manju, but I was able to buy sake kasu (sake lees). The sake lees was also delicious, so I recommend it.
Since it was around the time of Hinamatsuri (Girls' Festival) when I bought the sake kasu, there were several sets of dolls that had been bought in different periods and passed down from generation to generation displayed in the storehouse next to the store.
For the first time, I tasted at the same time unfiltered raw sake (18% alcohol by volume) and filtered and watered sake (15% alcohol by volume), both of which were originally the same sake. I was surprised at the difference in aroma and taste.
The gusty taste has changed to a soft, mellow, gentle taste.
