Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake Tominokou
As I recall, it is a current sake with apple blossom yeast.
I heard that there were 40 kinds of sake at this banquet, but only 18 made it to the end. Each brewer's brewing water was also offered as a Wakarimizu. We were fully entertained, thank you very much to the secretariat 😊.

The breweries here are almost done with their draft sake. I think the only Shiki Brewery is Haneya. The line has been extended to Tsuruga so you have to transfer to Omiya 😃.
The water is very soft.
The sweetness and sourness come in easily, and the softness makes it easy to drink.
It is delicious. The rice is Toyama sake rice and the yeast is local apple flower yeast. It is truly a local sake.
There are many sake breweries in Toyama, but few of them offer brewery tours.
Among them, Yoshinotomo Sake Brewery was open to visitors who made reservations by phone the day before the tour.
The president of Yoshinotomo Sake Brewery said that they actively accept brewery tours. I was very grateful.
The company also has its own rice-polishing facility, and they polish rice at the request of many other breweries. It is truly a bottom-feeder of Toyama's sake culture.

When it comes to Junmai sake, Yoshinotomo is the best. It is light nigori, light shuwashi, silky dry and delicious😃.
This is a surprise! It's dry like an old second-grade sake, but the goodness of the water makes the aroma soak into your throat when you put it in your mouth, and the sweetness is quickly followed by the spiciness. Costa is the best 😀.
