A new brand using "Evolutionary Sake Mother 4-dan". Aroma like green apple, sweet and sour and juicy! A trendy flavor, but with a solid core!

The label looks familiar. Probably because I had bought it before and remembered how good it tasted 😋 and decided to buy it ✨. I looked it up and found that I had had it 2 years ago😌. Again, I felt a slight release of gas when I opened the bottle. It doesn't feel like bubbles on the glass, but there is a slight tingling sensation on the tongue. The sweetness is not so strong. Very easy to drink👍 I haven't signed up for Mujin no sake yet, but I think I'll reserve a bottle of Koshinohomare as well 😊.
