べっさんThe third cup is Toyobai. The third cup was Toyobai, a spring-inspired flower raft. The label was inspired by the flower rafts floating in the moat of Hirosaki Park. We enjoyed it quietly, immersing ourselves in a fantastic mood.

しょうIt has a refreshing taste and a good sharpness. It has a fruity aroma and a slight sweetness with a good bitterness. When paired with sashimi, the sweetness and oil of the fish and the bitterness of Toyobai are just right.

たかぽんIt's crazy fruity 🍎. As soon as you put it in your mouth, or rather, as soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the ginjo aroma. Highly recommended bottle 🍶.

umAlcohol content: 16 Yamada Nishiki Polishing ratio: 39 At a company outing. One of the bottles sent from the regional office. The third bottle from the left. This is Toyobai's top-of-the-line Junmai Daiginjo-shu, which is made without any help from machines, and only the drops of sake that naturally fall from the sake bag drop by drop are collected and brewed through the night in order to be entered in the sake competition. The sake is then stored in bottles and aged at low temperatures to bring out its calmness and flavor before it is released from the brewery. This was one of the best tasting bottles at the party. I have had other Toyobai sake, but this is by far my favorite. The mouthfeel and aroma are very soft, and the gentle umami spreads pleasantly and disappears quickly. The aftertaste is refreshing, but you can enjoy the rich umami and sweetness while drinking it.

程咬金100% Toyobai rice I was surprised that it was more crisp than I expected. It's been a while since I've had a Toyobai, but it was delicious.
