Saijotsuru" was named "Saijotsuru" by combining "Saijotsuru", the name of a place, and "Tsuru", a crane, which is auspicious. Limonade for adults! Fresh pichiswa after a long time! It's been a while since I've had a fresh pichiswa! The sweet and sourness is irresistible. A slightly salty taste lingers in the aftertaste.

100% medium-ripened Shin-Senbon (Higashihiroshima) Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16%. Rururu? I bought it after reading the label. The first day after opening the bottle, the alcohol taste was quite strong and a little harsh. However, on the second day, it softened and became much easier to drink, mellow and delicious. By the way, the bottle is corked with a vacu-ban, but when I lightly put the lid on the bottle after pouring it into a glass, the vacu-ban flew off. It took me about a week to finish the bottle, but the bacuban was still up 💦 by the end. (If I had used a vacu-ban, I would know what I was looking at.)

The sweetness and acidity come in quickly, followed by a rounded rice flavor. The sweetness and acidity are not very fruity, nor are they the same as the syrupy rummy sweetness of Saijotsuru, which I have had in the past. The body is light, but the flavor is well defined. It is not a bad match with food. The low alcohol content (14%) makes it easy to drink without any lingering alcohol taste, and it was finished in no time at all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at 7-Eleven in Higashi-Hiroshima

We had the Tanigawadake and Chuai drinking set, and the most impressive flavor was the Saijotsuru in your picture: ‼️ The mother cooked the dishes and her daughter brought them to the restaurant.
