I'm glad I bought it😊.
It's very easy to drink and it's very Kayasha-like, but also not Kayasha-like.
There are some parts that aren't chaya-like that's Honjo ‼️
Rice used : Yamadanishiki from Kurodasho, Hyogo Prefecture
Polishing ratio : 45% for koji rice / 55% for kake rice
Yeast used : In-house cultivated yeast
