Next, the fourth type of Vine Dining's "Limited Quantity, Autumn Sake" is "Hiyakomae Hiyaoroshi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Ippon" (Hiyakomae Hiyaoroshi, Junmai Ginjyo Nama Ippon).
From the name, I imagined it to be a dry, dodgy one, but the restaurant's description is as follows.
-----
This is a limited edition autumn sake brewed with carefully selected yeast exclusively for hiyaoroshi and kept at a cool temperature for one summer.
It has a mild sweet aroma reminiscent of fruit, and the flavor of the rice has matured to a mild, ready-to-drink sake.
-----
The description reads.
Which one is it? I took a sip.
It was a little sweeter than the previous one, but it was very easy to drink.
No, it totally overturns the image of hiyaoroshi.
It was very delicious! (^o^)
