Aroma like old sake, like rice bran - then mineral aroma
Soft sweetness without acidity and a round mouthfeel.
A hint of vanilla in the nose
I think this would be even better if it were heated up. But even though it's air-conditioned, it's still hot in the middle of summer.
The website says "lukewarm or hot heating is recommended"!
I had no choice but to drink it. ❗️
I drink it with a sake cup that my eldest son gave me!
Sake temperature: 45 degrees.
The fermentation smell is gone and the aroma is not strong.
In the mouth, the soft sweetness is still there, but the thickness has increased and there is not much acidity.
The sweetness slowly lingers on the tongue.
This is delicious. ❗️ I want to drink it slowly without snacks on a long autumn night!
