High alcohol content but fresh, light sweetness and easy to drink!
It paired well with a dish that combined shime saba (mackerel) and kamaboko (fish cake)!

Katsukoma
I wonder if we don't come across it very often because of its small production.
Compared to Shinshu Kame-ling and Arashidou, this is the least sweet of the two.
It's very clear and refreshing.
It is also delicious.
This store has quite a lot of Sake.
The owner said he is doing his best to stock up.
They also have some Sake from December onwards 🤩.
