Today's second bottle is a junmai sake (pure rice sake) from Katsikoma🥂.
I miraculously purchased it last summer,
It was miraculously purchased last summer and had been waiting in the fridge for a long time.

It has a subtle aroma of rice, a light and matured rice flavor, and a fresh and lively flavor that only the unpasteurized sake has, making it a delicious sake to sip 😍.
I enjoyed it with Osechi cuisine.
