It is my personal favorite among sake.
The sharpness, aroma, and aftertaste.
I think it goes well with any kind of food.
After eating oily cold yellowtail sashimi
I feel that a sip of Katsuma will reset your palate while retaining the flavor of yellowtail,
I feel as if my mouth is reset.
And then you will be ready for the next dish☺.
Kachikoma Freshly Squeezed Nama
First encounter with hiragana Kachikoma🤭.
It was given to me by one of my friends.
I've been to Toyama several times and had Kachikoma.
It seems to be a precious seasonal bottle!
Alcoholic content of 18 degrees, alky sake.
It has a robust mouthfeel and is fruity,
It tastes like melon and banana.
A light bitterness runs from the delicious sweetness.
It's precious, so I'll have a sip and sip 😋.
Thanks a lot, @Mizuhashi 🤗
I walked in on a whim and found a standing bar. I wasn't planning on drinking sake, but when I spotted the words Katsuma, I couldn't pass it up.
Quiet, smooth, clean...
I knew it was delicious!
Kachikoma Drink Comparison 🍶.
Due to frequent highway stoppages caused by snow this year, the arrival of Junmai was later than usual,

The liquor store where I bought it was lamenting that they wanted to sell out as soon as possible 😅,

Aru-soke is still more crisp and refreshing,
It tastes just as good as the Junmai.
I probably wouldn't understand if it was served blind 🤣.
Good morning, Choroki-san 🌞.
That reminds me, that was when we had the most snowfall💦.
Locally, the liquor store had it in stock on the 19th, but it was hard because of the pressured snow 😭.
But this is a good drinking comparison, I hadn't thought of that😍.
@Mizuhashi
Good morning ☀️
Yes, that's right! That's why I go to the store I go to once a month.
I managed to get it every week 😅
I'll definitely try this drink comparison next year ✨.
The 14th bottle of home brew in 2025 🍶.
Hiragana Kachikoma! I drank it for the first time 🤩.
Kachikoma itself is not so easy to drink, but I think this one is even rarer 🤤.
It is dry and crisp like Hokuriku sake, with a strong umami flavor and a nose-pleasing aroma, it was a very delicious bottle 😋.

This is a Kachikoma Nama Sake!
When I bought it, the owner of the liquor store taught me the difference in taste at different temperatures and over time, so I put it into practice! 😁😁
Corked when it's cold.
You can enjoy the slightly dry taste!
Delicious! ☺️
After corking, it is left at room temperature (on the table).
The corners were removed and it became round (mellow)!
Delicious! It's delicious!
Keep it in the fridge and drink it the next day.
It became more mellow!
Delicious! Delicious 😊.
Conclusion
Delicious at any temperature and over time! 😂← not a reference, but wow!
By the way, it is junmai sake, but the specs are jungin and jundai!
The snacks were
Chicken and pork with lentils and tomato sauce
It was chicken and pork with lentils and tomato sauce!
Good taste is justice 🤤←I'm just thinking for myself 😁.

The aroma is rather umami, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a beautiful acidity and fruity elements.
The attack is rather quiet, with a gentle sweetness and acidity that comes on slowly.
