The people at the store congratulated me on the last one, and I took it home with a smile on my face☺️ I will have it for the first time in 2 years to end the year. I can feel the acidity on the tip of my tongue. It is soft. It is neither sweet nor spicy, but has a strong flavor. It has a thick taste. It has an astringent taste, and the broth is effective. It tastes like kelp mixed with a little bonito. It is a full-bodied sake that fills you with satisfaction 😘.

During the year-end and New Year's holidays, I went back to my parents' home in Toyama, Katsuma. My parents had me get it at a liquor store. Honjikomi, Junmai-shu, Daiginjo. It is very rare to see them in Kanto area. I am looking forward to it too much.
