This junmai ginjo sake has a light ginjo aroma and is easy to drink. It is also recommended for women because of its clean, clear taste and gentle mouthfeel.

Honro-no-Matsu Junmai-Ginjo Sumi Youngest Eldest Daughter
Purchased at Higashi Iida Sake Brewery, a neighbor of Nishi Iida Sake Brewery.
Apparently, three older siblings make sake, each brewed by their own brother and sister.
The third son explained to us about the brewery's various products, but the youngest, the eldest daughter, chose one of the bottles.
I chose one of the bottles from the
When I got home, I noticed a handwritten message on the back label. It showed how much they cared for her.
The sweet aroma and fresh sweetness are delicious. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy.
I wonder if it shows the personality of the eldest daughter.
Shinshu sake fans, you should try this one.
I was attracted to the label because of the "Returned Gorgeous, Erotic" statement on the label. I guess it says "return" on the label.
It seems to be a sake made by an initiative called 59 Sake in Nagano.
It was not too sweet and went well with a meal.
pines of former ozeki-ranked wrestler being in danger of losing his rank if he fails to live up to his abilities
Slightly sweet. Slightly sweet. Can be used as much as you like.
This brewery is located next to Saigawa River and is only open on weekdays. Next to Nishi-Iida Brewery. We bought it at the brewery.
Three brothers brew one bottle each (Koi, Tsuyoshi, and Sumi), and when I chose one, it was the one that was brewed by the person I met. It was brewed while listening to ani-songs. It came with a handwritten comment.
I found out later that he is famous in the area for brewing sake by an otaku who is a big fan of anime.
Sake! I can't help but drink it!
Sweet and sour, cold and room temperature 113100
You can taste the delicious taste of rice.
The alcohol content is 19 degrees and it is very drinkable.
Honro-no-matsu Yamahai brewed Koi Junmai-shu
15% 65% 720ml 1213yen
This is a brewery I have been interested in recently. I drank this brand last year and enjoyed it so much that I bought a bottle of the same spec fire-brewed version this time.
The first sip after opening the bottle.
Nice and juicy. The acidity is apple-like. The yeast is Nagano R yeast, which produces malic acid. The juiciness goes well with the Yamahai brewing method.
The aftertaste is bitter and spicy, very nice.
I tried heating it up, but I prefer it at room temperature or cold. The timing can be good at the beginning or during the meal.
And the price is a surprising 1,213 yen!
The rice is Miyamanishiki.
I was glad to repeat the experience.
I shared it with the boss of the Kinsho-kai and he understood the quality of this sake. I would have called him a bald man if he didn't.
The brothers of this brewery have been YouTubing for a year now, but they have been on YouTuber for a year, but they have been bored with it after 3 uploads.

Honro-no-Matsu Komatsubara Pine Nama-Stored Sake 19% 65% Brewing alcohol
720ml 1050yen
This is a maniac brewery in Nagano Prefecture. The Yamahai I had previously purchased was a big hit for me, so I bought it from the brewery's online store.
The Komatsubara Pine label is an otaku label.
The first sip after opening the bottle.
It is robust, sweet and spicy. And the acidity...?
Is it acidic?
Oh, it's not piney acid? It's cucumber acid.
I realized. Pine is not a fruit, but a "pine," i.e., a pine tree. I thought of pineapple on my own. It said the yeast was 901.
Depending on the day, it may seem more like melon. It also has a bitter taste.
It has a sake strength of +2, and has a good combination of sweetness and spiciness. The alcohol content is high at 19%, but it is not hard to drink.
The rice is Miyama!
The girl on the label is Komatsubara Pine-chan, the brewery's signature character. The brewery also attached a thank-you message in cute handwriting.

The name is Motooi no Matsu.
It doesn't say it, but the rice is Miyamanishiki.
The sake shop's website says the sake content is -11, but I didn't feel it was that sweet. It's clean and clean, with a slight honey-like sweetness. It has an excellent balance of umami and acidity. It's a bit light for a raw sake.
It says "light" on the back label.
The label on the back says it is light. Is it a strong sake that can withstand aging?
