Special junmai sake with 60% polished rice using Hokkaido rice Ginpu. The mouthfeel is harsh, but the taste is fruity. The aftertaste is as refreshing as water. After the second day of drinking, the mouthfeel softens considerably, making it very easy to drink. If you are going to drink it, I thought it would be best to drink it after the second day.

Today's sake is "NEON ORANGE No.26 Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake" 🍶. We went to the direct sales office of Toshimaya Shuzo in Higashimurayama City, Tokyo, where YAMORI is brewed 🏃. Inside the woody store with western music playing and no shoes on the floor, there were a variety of brands such as "Kinshin", "Juemon", and "Higashimurayama" (please buy "Yamori" at the distributor 🤣). I asked "What kind of sake can I buy only here?" I asked "What kind of sake can I buy only here?" and I bought today's sake (300ml bottle)! The rice used is Yamadanishiki. The sweetness is like the juice from biting into a citrus fruit 🍊 and it goes down the throat with a bitter taste 🥰. It is similar to "Sono Kangiku BlueSapphire" which I drank in the summer (NEON is more sour). (NEON may be more acidic) The day I went there was the once-a-month Kaku-uchi event 😆/ I drank 4 out of 5 kinds of sake (3rd picture) Kinmai Junmai Activated Nigori Sake 　　Newly pressed the day before yesterday! 　　Fresh ✨ Yamori Junmai Ginjo Unadjusted Nama 　　My first YAMORI. Clear taste. YAMORI Junmai Unadjusted (Hi-iri) 　　Junmai is also good ❤. Junmai Ginjo Matured Nama Nama Sake 　　Aged two years, no label 👀. 　　It has a deep flavor and is delicious 👍 The water is used for brewing.

A big tank of sake over the counter. The bar is playing records, and I make love to the nostalgic songs like Madonna, Bananarama, Swing Out Sister...etc. The brewer who is in charge of music selection seems to be the same age as me 👈.

(BLUE) at the Toshima-ya Sake Brewery. This is the first time I've had Ginpu, and while BLUE is clear, this one is a bit more fragrant, a bit fruity in the mouth, and then a bit mellow. There is no acidity and it disappears quickly.

NEON YELLOW 64 Junmai Ice Aged Raw Sake 2018-2019 65% 15 degrees 720ml 1500yen From Tokyo to Toshima-ya Sake Brewery at the edge of Tokyo to buy. The stylish and homey sales office also sells original sake knobs. This time, we will drink this ice aged sake. The first sip of the bottle. Oh, it tastes calmer than I expected. From the impression on the label and the name, I thought it would be a sake with a pronounced acidity. It has a mellow and slightly aged taste with a bit of raw sake. The umami is not too strong, but it is well integrated and beautiful. The light acidity seems to be a nod to "fully ripe grapes", but that's just a matter of opinion. Today, after youth baseball practice, coaches meeting. Today only three of us finished in an hour 😭I'll have sake, but it's over in no time 😭I'm stressed in reverse 😅. A friend gave me a bottle of sake from Tokyo😋. I've heard it's the same brewery as Yamori. I've never had Tokyo sake before so I'm excited😋 It has a sweet taste. It has a gentle sweetness that will be popular with women and a sweet aroma that lingers on the finish 👍 I didn't feel any sourness or bitterness. It was very easy to drink 😝. I'd love to try the Yamori, but I'm afraid I'll have to pop it 😭 I've never come across it 😭.
