Toshimaya Sake Brewery This sake is sold exclusively at the sake brewery's kiosk.
It is a juicy, fruity, slightly dry sake.
It is a modern type of sake in the same family as Yamori, but it is priced a little higher than Yamori, so it seems to have something special about it.
There are three types in the lineup: special junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo.
There are two types of sake: 4 gou and 300ml, which is a great option for those who want to try it out.
The aroma is not too strong, so it is easy to match with food.
Personally, I prefer the neon green color of the special junmai for its aroma, sweetness, and flavor.

Good evening, Shin Habu.
I've been to the sake brewery's store. I know they don't sell yamori😅but I remember I enjoyed tasting various kinds of sake. I would like to go back.

Good morning, Takechi-san.
Every Saturday (confirmation required), there is a brewery tour and almost all-you-can-drink tasting at the end of the tour. The tour + tasting is 1,000 yen. ‼️
Sometimes they serve sake that has been entered in a sake competition or yamori (a sake that has been sold at a sake brewery). ⁉️
It's worth a visit.
