First attempt at doburoku. On the fridge of the store, there was an epitaph that said it was made by a person who trained at "Shinmasa". I thought "Shinmasa" is a brewery that I often hear about in popular sake 😅😅 so I bought it.
The bottle is so stylish. It is so dark and cloudy that you can see the grains of rice. When you drink it, you feel the gentle sweetness of the rice and a strong sourness. It's like something between sake and amazake. The wife said she did not like the graininess and sourness. Since the amount was small, I looked it up after finishing the drink and found out that doburoku is delicious even when drunk heated or mixed with something else. Next time, I will try different things. Thank you for the food!

As you can see, it's sludgy, but the taste is different from what you'd expect: a refreshing sweetness with a fruity taste like pears🤔.
I can gulp it down🤔.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good for you.

I've had my eye on this Hanagumori for ages!
Let's start with the aroma... what a refreshing scent! It's hard to describe, so let's just try it in your mouth... After a slight swishing sensation, the refreshing aroma spreads to your mouth with sweetness and strong sourness, and goes through your nose. You will fall into the strange feeling that you can drink it quickly even though it is thick enough to taste the rice perfectly.
I wonder what this refreshing flavor is. Does it come from the taste or from the aroma? Of course you can taste the rice, so there is a sweetness and also a sourness.
It also has a soda-like nuance to it. Is this the core of the freshness and crispness?
It's sweet enough to be an after-dinner dessert, but it's not too sweet and doesn't leave too much of an aftertaste, which is great. However, it has a surprisingly strong habit, so I don't think it's something you should drink a lot of at once (though you'll still finish it quickly).
Thankfully, it tastes great at different temperatures, so it's ideal for drinking slowly over a few days. It just got better and better every day, which was very satisfying!

It was hot today, so I had a bottle of Dobrock.
It's my first time to drink in Tokyo😙It was separated so I mixed it up and opened the bottle. It was very carbonated and I spilled a lot of water 😛 It was so fizzy it was like pouring cider into a glass. It's not too sweet and the grains of rice are delicious. It's also good on a hot day as it's chilled 😀.
