(*) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 It was hot today, so I had a bottle of Dobrock. It's my first time to drink in Tokyo😙It was separated so I mixed it up and opened the bottle. It was very carbonated and I spilled a lot of water 😛 It was so fizzy it was like pouring cider into a glass. It's not too sweet and the grains of rice are delicious. It's also good on a hot day as it's chilled 😀.

I carefully opened the bottle and it took about 15 minutes. It's a sake that you can eat with your eyes, with the grains of rice usually recognizable. Overall, the strong gaseous feeling gives a swooshing impression, so it's refreshing to drink. I liked it.

Forgot to post last year💦. I was out drinking and wrote a quick note. I was going to organize and post it later 😅 But I never got around to it 😅. So, from that one note Oh 🫢! I didn't write it down💦. I've often seen them at Sake no Wa I was curious about hanagumori💕 From memory it was sloppy and delicious 😋.

Good morning, Yu🎶😃. What's sludge 🤣. Reiho is an old staple rice, so rolling it around in your mouth and chewing it up as you drink it may have given it quite a bit of rice flavor 🤗.

Kibanano Brewery LAB03 From a craft sake after a long time. After opening the bottle, it is so smooth that it doesn't come out for a while even if you turn it upside down. It is smooth, sweet and sour, and addictive. I like this kind of sake once in a while.

Hanagumori. At the alcohol event, Shojo Banquet. I had never had it before and was curious. It is a doburoku, but it tastes fresh and fruity with a sour taste. It has a fresh and fruity taste with a sourness that is fresh and fruity. Delicious!

for recording First attempt at doburoku. On the fridge of the store, there was an epitaph that said it was made by a person who trained at "Shinmasa". I thought "Shinmasa" is a brewery that I often hear about in popular sake 😅😅 so I bought it. The bottle is so stylish. It is so dark and cloudy that you can see the grains of rice. When you drink it, you feel the gentle sweetness of the rice and a strong sourness. It's like something between sake and amazake. The wife said she did not like the graininess and sourness. Since the amount was small, I looked it up after finishing the drink and found out that doburoku is delicious even when drunk heated or mixed with something else. Next time, I will try different things. Thank you for the food!

This is my first doburoku😊. As you can see, it's sludgy, but the taste is different from what you'd expect: a refreshing sweetness with a fruity taste like pears🤔. I can gulp it down🤔. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good for you. I'm sure it would be delicious with tonic water or even a little lemon🤔. It was 500ml and it was easily emptied😁.

It is characterized by a doburoku-like sludgy mouthfeel. It clings to a gassy, citrusy, choy bitter, fresh taste with a hint of rose. I was curious to get used to the sludge, but by the time I emptied a bottle, I was hooked. It's delicious!

It has a classy muscat aroma. This aroma and sweetness could be a high quality Muscat. The hops are effective, so you can also feel a refreshing citrusy nuance like an IPA. The rice morsels are irresistibly delicious. It is a good sake that I want to repeat.

One I've been dying to try! The bottle is pretty and looks delicious from the looks of it 😆. I chose the most standard one out of the three available👍. It took me at least 30 minutes to open it lol. It's very strong, shaggy and full of rice. Delicious!!! 😋 I was enjoying the rice feeling in my mouth. It's very easy to get drunk even though it's low in alcohol. It's so easy to get drunk lol 500ml is not enough lol I want a bigger one😁.
