Junmai-shu by Kibanano Brewery, brewed with Sagara Shuzo (Tochigi Prefecture) as the manufacturer. It is made with 100% Munakata rice from Fukuoka Prefecture, with a milling ratio of 80% and 17% alcohol by volume. I was curious about the bottle design and the fact that it was "doburoku," but from sake. ...17 degrees of alcohol, bitterness and acidity. It also has a slightly old sake-like feel.
