Hekiun Brewery is the second brewery in Hokkaido founded by Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery at Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine ❗and thus the name of the region "Tokachi" is written 😉 There is also Midorigaoka Brewery in Kamikawa town and Goryonokura in Hakodate😊.

It is a sake made from Hidaka's Comet rice, a brand I have never seen before even though I visit Obihiro regularly.
It is easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness and a nice sharpness.
This time it is Tokachi with Cheese.
Tokachi with Cheese is a brand name brewed at the Hekiun Brewery of the Kamikawa Daisetsu Brewery in Tokachi.
The sake with Cheese is a 2-year-old Yamahai brewed sake, and is available in three colors: green, blue, and yellow.
Lightly chilled.
The color is a gentle yellow.
The nose has fresh grapes, yogurt, and walnuts.
The mild mouthfeel is followed by a fruity grape and yellow peach-like flavor with a milky, milky lactic acidity and a delicious taste like freshly pounded rice cakes.
The lingering lactic acidity can be enjoyed while the aftertaste is refreshing due to a subdued bitterness.
The overall impression is one of freshness,
