Finally posted 😅The week before last, I went to Shinjuku Gyoen one day earlier, thinking that the cherry blossoms were not yet in full bloom🌸.
I guess it's still only half-bloomed.
But also cherry blossoms in full bloom 🙌
I was wondering what to have for lunch... and I found a restaurant serving Niigata's local cuisine! Sake is available 🍶, so let's go in 🎶.
Tendon set meal 880 yen, all-you-can-drink sake 1,000 yen, not much variety but enough to enjoy 😊.
I had my first Tenjin Hayashi🍶, which has a great aroma of rice and is packed with flavor. This is the kind of ordinary sake that goes well with a meal 😁.
The set menus are cheap and tasty, and the all-you-can-drink price is the best ⭐️!
Hi Yucachin (**))))
Tendon looks delicious (´,,-﹃ -,,Translated)
The ramen shop near my house serves ramen noodles in a broth of grilled sardine with a grilled sardine cracker 🍘.
Good evening, Yukachin-san 🌠.
Citric acid sour?
I googled it because I was really curious.
You have to drink more than 2㍑ of citric acid sours to get your money's worth 🤣.
Erin, good evening 😊Crackers with a chin connection🍘You think a lot about your restaurant! Tendon was delicious 😋I'm more of a restaurant introduction than a drink 😅.
Good evening, Mr. Dormant Bird😊It was a day off, but many businessmen came to the store to have lunch ‼️I felt superior to have a lunchtime drink among them 😆.
Yukachin-san♪
Before the Corona disaster, I used to go to Shinjuku Gyoen
We went to see cherry blossoms🌸
You're not allowed to bring in alcohol, but everyone hides it.
and the trash cans are full of beer and
Empty shochu cans everywhere
I secretly threw away a full bottle of wine🤣.
Good evening, tkmts 😊.
As far as I could see, I didn't see anyone bringing in alcohol. Maybe it's because there are a lot of young people who are oshapik, but they seemed to be having fun with their Starbucks ️.
Huh?
Times have changed 🙃.
The year before I brought wine.
An elderly foreigner cup on the table.
Tablecloths on the floor.
Wine in a wine glass 🍷.
I was cutting a bucket 🥖.
It was nice 🥰.

It's fresh and mellow, but at the same time, it has a powerful taste that hits you hard.
It has a heavy flavor.
Good but strong!
The flavor is amazing!
It is perfect when it is served with ice to make it crisp and soften the flavor.
It is perfect when served with ice.
But sometimes it's good to drink it straight and savor the flavor.

Tenjin Music Cup
Uonuma Sake Brewery's Tenjinbayashi Cups!
This is one of the cup sake sets that I won in the Niigata Sake Support Campaign, which is becoming less and less popular.
Tenjinbayashi is a rare sake from Tokamachi in Niigata that is not light and dry, but has a delicious flavor.
Tenjinbayashi is a celebratory song in the Tokamachi area.
Since ancient times, "radish seeds," "buckwheat seeds," and "potato seeds" have been representative of things to celebrate.
The congratulations are radish seeds, radish seeds, radish seeds
When the flowers are all blooming and the fruit is ready
When the flowers are in full bloom and the berries are ready, the bales will be bulky.
It is said that there are several versions of this song.
The aroma is mild.
It has the flavor of rice, with some acidity and astringency.
It has a soft sweet taste.
It has a soft, sweet, umami flavor, which is more pronounced when it is heated.
When heated, the umami can be felt more clearly.
This is an excellent, reasonably priced sake.
The ring-pull lid is a cool color.

★★☆☆☆
I received this today from a colleague at work. It was my first time tasting it. The taste is tangy, thick and rich. The sweetness is moderate. You can enjoy it like an after-dinner dessert.
Tenjinbayashi, followed by special junmai sake.
The origin of the sake name "Tenjinbayashi" is a celebratory song from Uonuma area in Niigata prefecture, which is sung at weddings and other banquets.
It is also a standard song in Ojiya, where I live, but the lyrics are different from those in Tokamachi, and even in Ojiya, the lyrics and verses may differ depending on the village.
After "Tenjinbayashi" is sung in the first half of the party, people can go to other seats to pour sake (until then, they must not leave their seats or tables).
It is a move that has a unique style and beauty, and when chanted, it gives a sense of unity and increases the tension of the party.
I had my wedding ceremony in Tokyo, and I included the chanting of Tenjinbayashi in the ceremony.
I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you.
Happy New Year ( -̀Ω-́ )!
You're solid on local food and drink.
I'm jealous because my hometown is only associated with pollution.
I enjoy hearing about people's stories, so I'm looking forward to hearing more this year!
Happy New Year to you, Shinjo 😀.
I feel like I'm back home, especially during the holiday season.
After all, the food and the sake are so familiar.
I look forward to working with you again this year.
We look forward to working with you this year.
I hope you enjoy sake as much as we do this year😊.
New Year's Day dinner sake is Tenjinbayashi from Tokamachi, Niigata.
I got it the other day at Kuwabara Shoten in Gotanda.
The art bottle was designed by the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale, which is held every autumn (I haven't been there yet, but I heard it's a great event that uses the nature of the land to create modern art expressions😌). The design was chosen from about 900 entries from the public, and the fourth owner of Kuwabara Shoten was involved.
This is the first time I've ever seen it in a 300ml bottle.
Now, let's take a look at the special brew first.
It's a little on the umami side for Niigata.
It's 55% polished and has been carefully brewed.
If you warm it up, the flavor comes out even more 😀 .
It goes well with zenmai-ni (stewed zenmai with herring), and you can enjoy your New Year's meal slowly.
Happy New Year 🌅 to you, Hilacchio 🌅, you start the New Year with Niigata sake ✨I feel your love for Niigata 😊I look forward to seeing your delicious table. I hope you have a great year 😊.
