But it's delicious 🌳 ‼️
It's also a bit like Sakusama with a little bit of alcohol lingering after swallowing 😋.

Kawatake Brewery: We had Hokosugi, Shiki, etc.
I chose this one, which was recommended by the owner.
The owner recommended this one. He said he donates a portion of the proceeds to the Wahime Shrine at Ise Jingu. I hope it will bring good luck to my daughter who is preparing for an entrance exam...
The taste is a bit new to me.
I looked it up and found that it is brewed with a sake rice called Yumigataho🌾.
It had a citrusy first attack.
I like this one.
I reserved a bottle of Kuheiji at a different liquor store.
Looks like I'll have to go to Akita to pick it up.

Your first brand. This is a new brand of Hokosugi. I have never had Hokosugi before, but I was curious about it because kino-san had another new brand.
It is a sweet, grapefruit-like sake with a bit of bitterness. It has a bit of bitterness, and it goes down smoothly. I would like to try the normal Hokosugi.
