It has a gorgeous and refreshing aroma with nuances of citrus fruits. Silky and fresh light nigori Junmai sake. It has a very clean and crisp mouthfeel that goes well with fatty dishes. Fruity flavor reminiscent of Japanese pears with a slight acidity.
<A pleasant sweet, sour, and bitter origami.
Kawabu Brewery in Mie Prefecture. This sake is the second in the KAWABU series, which was added this year. It is a summer orikarami.
What kind of sake is it? I am looking forward to it.
Let's taste it.
The color is a beautiful orikara.
The aroma is a refreshing lactic acidity.
The mouthfeel starts with a pleasant sweet, sour, and bitter taste, followed by a sweet and sour taste, then a sweet and sour taste, then a delicious bitter taste. The bitter aftertaste, which lingers on the tongue for a long time, is somehow very lovely. Yummmmmm~!
The goodness of the ogara-mi is effective, isn't it? It is my favorite flavor. It's delicious!
However, as the temperature rises, the bitterness becomes more noticeable, so I prefer it at around 5 degrees Celsius.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be the scenery of Ibarade in "Ears to the Sea". It is a fantastic world in the story of Shizuku. It is a world that is very beautiful but clearly different from reality. It is a mysterious color that is cool and refreshing, yet somehow warm.
Satisfaction: ★★★★☆

Melon
This is already a ripe melon.
Just too ripe, too sweet...
The atmosphere of such a pulpy red melon
The sweetness is persistent, a bit different from this kind of taste of popular sake breweries. I wonder what the difference is. It tastes like the latest trend, but I can't shake the impression that it's just a second-best. It was a little too strong.
I am sorry. It was a rude comment.
