It's my first time drinking Shichiken raw😄. Sweet aroma like a cake. Almost no bubbles. The sweetness is moderate and the taste is cleaner than expected. The aftertaste is pleasantly spicy and bitter with a long finish. The finish is long and refreshing 🍎 like apples. Sashimi is a good match, but salt is a better match than soy sauce😋. This bottle is also only about 1,200 yen, so I guess Shichiken's cost is great👍👍.

Sparkling Japanese Sake. It was made with a lot of time and effort by laying it down in the whiskey barrels of Suntory Hakushu Distillery. I didn't have a chance to open the bottle after I bought it, but finally I did. It has a sharp throat. It's a great way to start the day. It's not as bad as the sparkling wine ☺️.

Long time no see 🎉 From Yamanashi Meikozo (Yamanashi Prefecture) Shichiken Tanrei Junmai Nice aroma. The image is sweet like sake. I thought it was dry as shown in the chart, but it was sweet in the mouth! It's rice! It is easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much.
