LAGOON BREWERY I had to go to Niigata this month and visited a sake brewery in a hurry. The brewery was renovated from an old private house and brewed in a space of about 10 tatami mats. There are three tanks. Finally, it is available at liquor stores. Tachika has a strong alcohol smell. When you put it in your mouth, you can see the acidity is fully expressed as it is designed to be a summer sake. The mouthfeel is light. It finishes with a sharp taste, but since it is a doburoku, it leaves a residue on the palate.... It is a little unbalanced... It seems like they are trying various things... In my opinion, it was not good this time. I wonder how it would be with sake⁉️. I'm interested. I want to import it back and drink it❗️

Kikuzu Sangyo - Almost a Dove - Naturally Grown Kame-no-o LAGOON BREWERY Independently owned by Imadaiji Sake Brewing Co. Licensed for other brews and sake for foreign export. Seems to be starting something new. A delicious doburoku with a light, simple, and delicious flavor, with no unpleasant sake taste in a good way. Pricey, but I look forward to its future. The 4th Secret Sake Party was held... I'm Shozora from LAGOON BREWERY One is Sogapale The other one is⁉️ BLACK rich blend⁉️ What🤯 Sake party, right? Oh, you mean guess what's in the sake. I also brought in a match of HANAHEIKU and let them drink it blind...but no one could tell it was HANAHEIKU. The match this time had a weak tachibana because it was the 6th day since the bottle was opened, so I guess it was hard to tell. Some people said it was similar to Kuheiji Oorigarami. This Shozora is the second brewing and is made from edible Sasanishiki. It is a very strong sake right after opening the bottle, and the mouthfeel is creamy because it is cloudy. The mouthfeel is creamy and cloudy, so you can enjoy it easily. It is dry with a moderate sweetness. After 2 hours of drinking, the fermentation process had progressed and the sake was in a sludgy state. It was in a sludgy state. There was rice left in the bottle, and it was porridge.
