The brand of sake in JAL's premium lounge at New Chitose Airport has been changed from Kokushi Musou! From now on, it is Maruta Special Junmai! Even though it's special junmai, the rice polishing ratio is 50%. It's jun-dai class. Almost no aroma. Taste is quite spicy and bitter at the end I found that if I drink it with persimmon seeds or caramel popcorn, the bad taste disappears! I'll be with this sake for about 3 months for a while I wonder if the lounge at Haneda Airport has changed since the last time I was there. I can't be sure because they still don't have sake for morning flights. extensive knowledge Rice: Hokkaido Ginpu Rice polishing ratio: 50 Sake degree: +6 Acidity: 1.5 Alcohol percentage: 16

I went to a buckwheat noodle shop, but to my surprise, the store was owned by a sake brewery and had a store next to it. I had to buy it. I asked my wife to drive me to the tasting corner, and we tasted four kinds of sake, and bought the one with the most beautiful taste. Then we drank it with dinner today. It was still delicious, and the freshly brewed, refreshing taste was the best!
