I went to a buckwheat noodle shop, but to my surprise, the store was owned by a sake brewery and had a store next to it. I had to buy it. I asked my wife to drive me to the tasting corner, and we tasted four kinds of sake, and bought the one with the most beautiful taste. Then we drank it with dinner today. Cohesive rice smell. Firmness. When you take a sip, the taste is like biting into freshly cooked rice, It has a graininess, with a hint of fruity flavor in between. Usually it has a white label, but this season's limited unfiltered, unpasteurized sake has a pink label! The rice is Ginpu. The rice is Ginpu! It's delicious! The umami is still a bit young (sorry for my lack of expression), but it is delicious! It's a special junmai, but the specs are just as good as jundai! I think it's good!
