kisaragisyuAt Sake Square. Oh, sake! Like this, this, this. It's honestly delicious. NomBaySlightly more classical
Good balance of body and flavor.
18%, don't drink too much. ギョーザIt doesn't say "raw" anywhere, but it's a sweet, dark sake with the aroma of koji. たっつうThe second bottle from the right, a local sake from Kashiba City, Nara Prefecture.
The rice flavor and acidity give it a moderate sake-like quality that accompanies the food. 🙆♂️
The brewery says they have resumed their own brewing from 2019.
We hope they will continue to make delicious sake! あらきなおきJunmai sake "Yuukyu no Hikari" by Sawada Shuzo of Joy Hikari. Another delicious sake with a delicious flavor. We enjoyed it with a light and rich meat sucking dish. didiKura Master2021 Platinum Award

KASHIBA MIND is a genuine local sake brewed with only locally grown rice under the slogan "locally produced, locally brewed.
Fruity aroma. It has a fruity aroma, a sourness that comes up in the mouth, a slightly peculiar koji-like aroma, and a richness with a depth and three-dimensionality that is unique to KASHIBA MIND, based on its umami.
I wanted to register with Hatsuhonoka because the name of Joy Hikari is not on the label, but I can't... 😭 Can't register new anymore? 付喪神I heated it up. Good balance of acidity and umami ❗️ Best warmed up 😀. めーめーA small pleasure. It is still a little sweet. I like Hatsuho no Aroma better because it has a cleaner aftertaste. boukenEven though I live in the Kansai region, I rarely see this sake.
The brewery had been outsourcing brewing to other companies since the toji retired, but resumed in-house brewing a few years ago.
This was the only sake I purchased at the Japanese Sake Festival.
The aroma is a bit vanilla-like on the nose. It has a fresh, raw sake-like flavor, with a refreshing sweetness that is instantly followed by bitterness and spiciness.
Maybe it is the alcohol content, but the alcohol taste is a little strong.
I feel like it gets more and more alcoholic day by day... ねむちThe 6th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (8)
Sawada Sake Brewery Co.
Mr. Bouken wanted to drink "Kankikou" at the booth.
The "Kankikou Junmai Shiboritate Nama Sake" was freshly squeezed out of the bottle.
The freshness of the freshly squeezed sake is very strong, and the alcohol content is 18%, which makes it very heavy. The freshness of the freshly squeezed sake is very strong at 18% alcohol by volume, and the umami is as good as the freshness.
Nanto Dakudaku
The rice flavor is very assertive and heavy.
Forgot to take a picture 💦.
The lineup was not much different from the last Japanese sake festival, and I tasted only two kinds of sake, as I thought it would be better to taste them sparingly because many of them were high in alcohol content. boukenThe 6th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (8)
I was looking forward to seeing Joy Hikari at this event.
It's a sake from Nara, but I haven't seen it at all, probably because it hasn't been brewed in-house for so long.... I've only seen Izumi Yusai if that's what you're looking for.
I wonder if they don't have to work hard for individual customers because they have a large customer called Akagakiya and a health food business.
I got the impression that the warehouse was pretty quiet, too.
I drank
Junmai Shiboritate Nama Sake
I was glad to find a sake that was not on the list. It had a fresh feeling typical of nama-zake. I think I was saying to Nemuchi, "I don't know what it is, but it looks like Nara 🤣.
Nanto Dakudaku
Nigori (nigori) sake. It has a strong sense of rice.
Junmai Ginjo Little Joy
It was gorgeous, fruity, and sweet. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, so it can't be helped, but I thought the price setting was a little expensive.
Junmai Kurahara Sake
This was served at the heated sake booth towards the end of the session. It has a gentle flavor and is a good everyday evening drink. I could drink it while lounging around 🤣.
I bought the first one I drank. I was going to buy something else, but I forgot when I was drunk 🤣. しんじょうJapanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (Ω)
It is a very mellow and gutsy sake.
Is it too much to say that it has a sweetness reminiscent of bourbon whiskey Wild Turkey?
I see they have a brewery in Gotodo.
If I can go there on a weekday, I'd like to buy some!
This time, I bought this sake and this one was too far away. 遥瑛チチShinjou-san, thank you for your support: ❗️
I've been to a lot of events lately 😁.
Is it sweet with a kick, similar to bourbon ❓
It seems to have a unique taste 👍 しんじょう(I'm a member of the "Maitre d'".
I go to all the events that I can go to.
I would like to go to the Kurabiraki festival, but I couldn't find one that fits my schedule.
This sake had a lot of power!
I thought it would be fine on the rocks! あらきなおきClean mouthfeel, strong umami. Strong umami.
Oh, I spilled it 😭 あらきなおきAkagakiya's standard of standard.
Not only is it cosy, but it is also well-balanced and goes well with everything. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
