I bought it because I wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time!
This is the third time I've had it, so I'll spare you my impressions.
It has a light, light flavor with a yogurt or yoghurt-like feel, with hints of mushrooms and maltiness. It's perfect with hamburgers and a reset ✨.
I found a regular "Kunimori Nigori Shu" on sale, so maybe I'll buy it next time!

It says "chilled" but of course I heated it up.
By the way, the first sip at room temperature has a refreshing sourness.
The sweetness and the aroma of the rice malt are softer when heated to lukewarm.
Very easy to drink and gentle!

A little over 8 years ago, I put this sake in the back and forgot about it.
Smell is sweet classic.
It has a slight yellow tinge to it, but I guess that's deterioration.
Elegant, sweet and refreshing.
It's a little bit spicy from the first taste, but I don't know.
I don't know what the original taste is, but it's easy to drink.

A gift. The first sip was spicy and had no distinctive flavor, but after three days of chilling, it mellowed and became more delicious.

Kunimori Junmai Ginjo
This is the first Kunimori I bought because I was told it was a limited edition sake.
It has a pleasant melon flavor with just the right amount of acidity!
I'm sure it would be delicious lukewarm as well 😋.
But it's not that cold outside yet.

The other day, I visited Kunimori and the Sake Culture Museum in Handa.
This is a limited edition sake sold at the museum.
I really have a weakness for limited edition sake. I just can't resist 😅.
When I first drank it, it had the freshness of arabashiri, but I felt the taste was not coherent. After 4 days of drinking one cup every day, it has changed. It has become one team and has transformed into a mellow and delicious sake. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure I'll be able to find a way to make it work.
