Family Outing🚙.
After enjoying the world of "Gongitsune" at the Nankichi Niimi Memorial Museum in Handa City and the higanbana along the nearby river, we went to the Mitsukan Museum in the same city.
We also stopped by the adjacent Kunimori Sake Culture Museum to purchase some 😊.

It's awa🫧 but it's not like shuwa shuwa.
Almost cloudy sake.
More like fermentation than fizz
Fermentation has progressed in the bottle.
Low-alcoholic, refreshing, and light
Certainly, makgeolli
Toraji means bellflower in Korean🤗.
It was delicious 😋😋😋😋.

The strap of Ajipon that I bought at Mitsukan museum, my daughter found it and bought it immediately. ☝️
Hello, land surveyor 🐦.
Is it a special flavor pon? I was wondering if this is a special Ajipon. I didn't realize this is a strap 😳‼️ it looks just like a real Ajipon until I went on reading 😆👍
Good evening, Pon-chan 🦉.
This strap is a very realistic reproduction 😁.
It doesn't have an expiration date or anything on it though... lol.
My younger daughter really likes it 🤗
10/1 is Sake Day, so there were sake go-arounds all over the place 😊.
I didn't participate because it was a weekday 😅
Here's what I opened on this day!
I bought a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo Nigori because I thought it was very rare. It's from the Kunimori brewery. It looks like it is only available at Aeon.
The rice is Ginpu. It is fruity and has a firm sweetness. It is easy to drink with low alcohol content. Isn't it too cheap for 1,078 yen for Jun Dai using sake rice?
I don't know if this is true, but it looks like they use 1801 yeast.
It is certainly gorgeous. It's good that it has almost no pungency 👍.
The aroma on the nose is pineapple 🍍.
A gift from an acquaintance!
The standing aroma is not so strong, but the overtone is rich. It has an elegant sweetness and refreshing umami, and is quite fruity as well. The taste is full, well balanced, and delicious!

Aichi Prefecture
Junmai-zukuri Doburoku
Rice polishing ratio 65
Alcohol 14%.
The sweetness is firm but not heavy, so you can drink it without hesitation.
The graininess of the rice also remains, so you will never get tired of it.
This is a normal nigori sake from Kunimori, which I was interested in when I saw Toraji's song.
I chilled it well and opened the bottle!
When the bottle is opened, it has the aroma of rice and malted rice, and smells like the very best sake. The mouthfeel is thick, but surprisingly light. It has a slightly sweet flavor and fruitiness like peaches, and the balance between dryness, acidity, and astringency is just right, making it a good everyday sake!
It also has a hint of banana and tastes similar to banana milk.
It also has a stable and not too assertive taste with a clean aftertaste. It's a great accompaniment to a meal, and the sake goes down a treat ✨.
The price is in the 3-digit range, and it's a great bottle!
It's a great way to enjoy nigori easily 👍.
