A gift from an acquaintance!
The standing aroma is not so strong, but the overtone is rich. It has an elegant sweetness and refreshing umami, and is quite fruity as well. The taste is full, well balanced, and delicious!

The sweetness is firm but not heavy, so you can drink it without hesitation.
The graininess of the rice also remains, so you will never get tired of it.
This is a normal nigori sake from Kunimori, which I was interested in when I saw Toraji's song.
I chilled it well and opened the bottle!
When the bottle is opened, it has the aroma of rice and malted rice, and smells like the very best sake. The mouthfeel is thick, but surprisingly light. It has a slightly sweet flavor and fruitiness like peaches, and the balance between dryness, acidity, and astringency is just right, making it a good everyday sake!
It also has a hint of banana and tastes similar to banana milk.
It also has a stable and not too assertive taste with a clean aftertaste. It's a great accompaniment to a meal, and the sake goes down a treat ✨.
The price is in the 3-digit range, and it's a great bottle!
It's a great way to enjoy nigori easily 👍.
Fresh, light sweetness
Aroma of rice that quickly escapes from the nose

Purchased by visiting the Nakano Sake Brewery's Sake Culture Museum in Handa City, Aichi Prefecture.
They have a limited edition sake that changes monthly, and this is the limited edition sake for this month.
Nakano Sake Brewery is a group company of Mitsukan, famous for its vinegar.
Founded in 1844 by Tomijiro Oguri, a boatman who was commissioned by Nakano Matazaemon, the founder of Mitsukan to transport vinegar lees to Edo (present-day Tokyo)
I went on a trip to Nagoya and bought this at Nagoya station.
I had it with miso katsu and tenmusu on the shinkansen on the way home.
It was dry and thick? I think it was delicious.
