bouken10/1 is Sake Day, so there were sake go-arounds all over the place 😊.
I didn't participate because it was a weekday 😅
Here's what I opened on this day!
I bought a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo Nigori because I thought it was very rare. It's from the Kunimori brewery. It looks like it is only available at Aeon.
The rice is Ginpu. It is fruity and has a firm sweetness. It is easy to drink with low alcohol content. Isn't it too cheap for 1,078 yen for Jun Dai using sake rice?
I don't know if this is true, but it looks like they use 1801 yeast.
It is certainly gorgeous. It's good that it has almost no pungency 👍.
The aroma on the nose is pineapple 🍍. boukenI tasted the non light nigori Ryoufu at an event at Keihan Department Store, and I've seen it at department stores and supermarkets, but this is the first time I've seen it. The official website says it is only available at stores that carry it, but according to the nuance of the official X, it seems to be distributed only at Aeon 🤔.
I bought it because I thought it looked unusual. It's sweet and sour, apple-like, and refreshing. I've tasted the regular Ryoufu before, but I think I like the light nigori better.
It's a little alu-ish from the second half, and that makes it feel spicy.
Like a dry apple? I think it's a little bit spicy. boukenIt seems to be an Aeon-only product. There were two kinds, dry and sweet, so I bought this one.
It says "beware of spewing" but it didn't spew at all😅
I mixed the lees and it didn't spew...well, it's fire-roasted 🙄.
Well, it has a sake level of -11, but it's not fruity like the usual Eiko-Fuji, and it feels quite spicy.... The label is cute but not so subtle 🤔
It's refreshing as it says, but I don't think I'm looking for refreshing in Eiko-Fuji.
Maybe it's targeted at customers who come to AEON, so they focus on drinkability...
What is Eikoufuji? There's also an introduction like "What is Eiko-Fuji?
I like Eiko-Fuji, but this is not my type.
The higher the temperature, the more sweetness comes out.
A little pineapple comes out. boukenNama sake that can be stored at room temperature, as is typical of the major companies.
It's very heavy and drinkable. Sweet and spicy? Creamy like nuts and butter.
Junmai is only a little over 1,000 yen including tax, so it is very cost-effective. It seems to have good aging potential, so it might be good to let it sit for a while. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
