Kunimori Toraji no Uta Junmai Sake
The first year-end party in 4 years at work. The sake was all 300ml sake, and the price was amazing, but we were allowed to drink whatever we wanted, so we didn't hesitate 🤣.
The mouthfeel is a cloudy, cloudy, slightly carbonated, shwashy type. The aroma is of koji and yogurt.
What are you drinking? I jokingly answered, "Calpis soda," but that was not far off the mark.
It has low alcohol content, light acidity, and is slightly sweet and has no bitterness. Almost like a juice.

This Sake is dry and sweet. It has a full mouth feel and a clean finish. There is woody flavor and it is slightly acidic. A very good Junmai with a full but not overpowering flavor. I had this with a pork shabushabu dinner and it paired well.
This Sake is mild and light. There is a light flavor of muscat. The acidity is light and makes this Sake refreshing. The mouth feel is also light. I enjoy this refreshing Sake.
Cloudy white color with effervescence. Slight aroma of koji mold. The aroma is weak. It has a refreshingly sour taste. The taste is similar to that of a lactic acid bacteria drink. The astringent taste is moderate. Short aftertaste. Refreshing sake.
