This is a normal nigori sake from Kunimori, which I was interested in when I saw Toraji's song.
I chilled it well and opened the bottle!
When the bottle is opened, it has the aroma of rice and malted rice, and smells like the very best sake. The mouthfeel is thick, but surprisingly light. It has a slightly sweet flavor and fruitiness like peaches, and the balance between dryness, acidity, and astringency is just right, making it a good everyday sake!
It also has a hint of banana and tastes similar to banana milk.
It also has a stable and not too assertive taste with a clean aftertaste. It's a great accompaniment to a meal, and the sake goes down a treat ✨.
The price is in the 3-digit range, and it's a great bottle!
It's a great way to enjoy nigori easily 👍.
Fresh, light sweetness
Aroma of rice that quickly escapes from the nose
Dry taste with a firm throat afterwards
100% Aichi Wakamizu
Purchased by visiting the Nakano Sake Brewery's Sake Culture Museum in Handa City, Aichi Prefecture.
They have a limited edition sake that changes monthly, and this is the limited edition sake for this month.
Nakano Sake Brewery is a group company of Mitsukan, famous for its vinegar.
Founded in 1844 by Tomijiro Oguri, a boatman who was commissioned by Nakano Matazaemon, the founder of Mitsukan to transport vinegar lees to Edo (present-day Tokyo)
I went on a trip to Nagoya and bought this at Nagoya station.
I had it with miso katsu and tenmusu on the shinkansen on the way home.
It was dry and thick? I think it was delicious.
On a recent one-day business trip to Nagoya.
Since it was a special occasion, I opened a small izakaya shinkansen with local sake from Aichi Prefecture and miso katsu (pork cutlet) from Yabaton.
Nakano Sake Brewery was founded in 1844.
It brews Kunimori in Handa, Chita Peninsula, Aichi Prefecture.
This Handa-go Junmai Ginjo is a junmai ginjo sake brewed with 100% young water polished to 55% polishing ratio and brewed with 1801 yeast.
The exterior is crystal with a warm feeling.
The aroma is typical of Japanese sake with a dry core, and the ginjo aroma has a strong acidity.
I was expecting a flashy aroma typical of cellulose-resistant yeast, so I thought it was not like 1801 yeast, but as the temperature rose, a gentle fruity note began to peek out.
The mouthfeel is smooth.
At first, there is a strong dry attack, and its dryness, umami, and acidity spread, but the sweetness of the rice soon follows to quiet the dryness and acidity stimulation.
After the mid-palate, the dry umami and acidity become more pronounced.
The lingering aftertaste is a gradual acidity and alcohol.
As you continue to drink, you can feel a rich sweetness from the beginning, and the clear umami and crisp acidity spread with a veil of dryness.
There is also a light and fruity aroma.
Thank you 🚄🍶😋.
Good evening, Aladdin 😀
I like it... izakaya shinkansen😇
I'd like to try it once, but I haven't had a chance to ride the bullet train at all lately 🤣.
It's fun to drink in the car with the local cuisine along with the sake you stocked up on on your trip 😇.
Good evening, Aladdin-san. Congratulations to Aladdin-san on the opening of Izakaya Shinkansen 😆🎉 Is it a light sweet taste? The picture of you in the train savoring it with Yabaton ekiben makes me feel like I'm on a trip. I'd love to have a drink in Nagoya!
Good evening, Aladdin 😃.
Izakaya 🏮The aroma of alcohol in the Shinkansen ‼️ train is immoral and unbearable 🤗.
The first photo! I thought you were an expert in laying red tablecloths 😆.
Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
I'm also on a rare business trip, so I opened the restaurant to take advantage of this opportunity 🏮🍶🚄.
It's one of the best parts of traveling, trying to decide whether to have tenmusu, chicken wings, or miso katsu, or carefully selecting the sake to match in front of the sandesi shelves: ☺️
Hi Hirupeko, good evening 😃
It was like a light, sweet, delicious, slightly aromatic ☺️ miso katsu is sweet, juicy and rich, so I enjoyed it while thinking 🤔 that it should have been a special junmai 😊.
I want to drink in Nagoya!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
I was so nervous that people might think I was drinking sake from a bottle on the bullet train 😳, but in the end, I enjoyed my meal to the fullest 😁.
Next time I hope to have enough room to lay a tablecloth🌹🤣.
Aladdin-san, thank you for your time ✨.
Izakaya Shinkansen, a wonderful place to experience both immorality and exuberance 😄To that end, I wish station kiosks and convenience stores would have a wider variety of one-cup and 300-bottle ✨Yabaton is also nice👍.
Good evening, good evening, good evening 😃.
I was certainly a little drunken, but the immorality of being the only one to enjoy the delicious sake and snacks without the other passengers may have accelerated my intoxication 😁.
I would have loved to have had a cup of sake, but I'm a form-first kind of person, so Sandesi was the best solution for me 🍶.
Hi Aladdin, ☀️
Izakaya 🏮Shinkansen 🚄 is so nice!
I love that you can drink seamlessly after work👍.
I do this a lot too, but I always worry what if a woman sits next to me 🤣.
It's usually an uncle 🤣🤣
Hi Rafa papa 😃
Yabaton has a branch in Osaka, but when I went to Nagoya, I suddenly felt like eating there 😄I usually eat waraji tonkatsu, but fillet was also delicious 😋.
It went well with the local sake 🍶😊.
Hi Maru 😃
Izakaya Shinkansen, it's a bit hectic unless you are some distance away 😅.
This time I was able to open the restaurant without any passengers next to me, but I might not be able to 🏮🚄 if there is someone next to me, even an uncle, I would be worried 🤔.
