tomico
Souzake. It is refreshingly dry and crisp. Less sweetness! It just happened to go well with the mandarin oranges we had at home🍊.
Sake Pairing
○Kamaboko ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The sake is refreshing, so it goes perfectly with the salty and aromatic kamaboko!
○Kimchi Soup with Cartilage Tsukune
Homemade soup using authentic Korean kimchi! I added sakekasu (sake lees) to mellow it out, but it's still spicy. It's full of fermented foods, so there's no reason why it can't go well with kimchi.
